Eva Adams is a 711 Licensed Law Graduate leading CDEL’s Housing Preservation Project. In this role, she provides legal assistance related to homeownership concerns such as identifying and resolving title issues, planning for succession of homes, claiming property tax exemptions, and defending against foreclosure and building violation cases. She started at CDEL in 2023 as a Kott Gerontology Scholar during law school. Eva joined CDEL in September 2024.
Eva earned her Juris Doctor from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2024 and received recognition for her leadership, and service to public interest. She received a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies from Northwestern University in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2012.
