Thank You for Supporting CDEL this Giving Tuesday! Image Description: A picture of CDEL Client Isabella . A speech bubble above Isabella says: "My experience with CDEL has been great. They're helping me out so much with my legal issues, especially during these hard times through the pandemic. Everything is really looking up." CDEL would like to thank every CDEL Supporter who contributed to our CDEL 2021 Giving Tuesday Campaign this year. Because of people like you, we were able to hit our Giving Tuesday matching goal of $15,000! You helped us raise over $15,000 in matched funds with the support of RRF Foundation For Aging and some very generous CDEL Governing Board Members.
Over the past few weeks, CDEL has featured the truly inspiring story of one of our clients, Isabella. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Isabella for sharing her story and to all of you for following along on Isabella’s CDEL journey.
Isabella had this to say on reflecting on her experience with CDEL: “My experience with CDEL has been great. They’re helping me out so much with my legal issues, especially during these hard times through the pandemic. Everything is really looking up.”
If you missed any part of Isabella’s story, please go to CDEL’s Giving Tuesday 2021 Webpage: https://www.cdelaw.org/giving-tuesday-2021
Thank you Isabella!

CDEL Gives a Warm Welcome to New Staff Attorney Lissette Ortegon! "I couldn't be happier to join the CDEL staff and support the amazing work they do. Lissette earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014. During law school, Lissette was a long-time intern at Disability Rights Wisconsin where she worked on cases representing persons with disabilities facing housing issues and discrimination within the prison system.
