Announcing CDEL’s Strategic Plan

CDEL is excited to announce its Strategic Plan! In October of 2022, over forty-five CDEL stakeholders gathered for a summit to chart CDEL's path into the future. This group included CDEL Governing Board Members, Young Professionals Board members, CDEL Staff, clients, community partners, and volunteers. We started the day by reflecting on a moment when we felt most connected to CDEL's mission. Through these stories, CDEL's key strengths and values emerged. Next, we imagined CDEL's future through storytelling, allowing key initiatives to reveal themselves through the visions.
