Reached out to over 2,300 current and former clients in the first two months of the pandemic to check on their
immediate needs.

Conducted five outdoor signing workshops that assisted 41 clients with over 123 legal documents.

Increased our advocacy efforts to represent our clients’ interests regarding changes being made to the justice system in light of COVID-19.

Embraced new technologies to serve our clients remotely.
